Is it possible to customize such a report?
- Line graph/Bar graph.
- Y-axis: number of deals per stage, X-axis: time
- Lines color coded for each pipeline stage.

In the HubSpot Sales Analytics (Menu > Reports > Analytics Tools > Sales Analytics) there is a report for called Historical snapshots. It’ll show you how many deals there were in a given time frame.
As far as I know, that’s the only way to access this information with the reporting tools in HubSpot. Custom reports wouldn’t work as they only look at the current values of records, not their history.
