I want to create a report where I would be able to see the contacts lifecycle stage change but only the contacts who filled a specific form on a webpage.
Any suggestion on how to do it?

When you create a funnel report, you can filter the entire report by contacts who submitted the form: Create custom (legacy) funnel reports
Once you’re in the report editor, simply go to the Filters section and find ‘Form submission’. Specify the form and you should be all set.
