i have been using hub SPot since long and have 35000 leads in the database.
however, when we approach new market, there are some existing customers who fills up the lead form and the system merged those leads into the existing leads with the same email id.
there is one more addition of the form in contact.
i want to get and prepare the report of those contacts where multilple forms have been submittted by the contacts/ leads

If you want to build an active list of these contacts, you could filter for “Number of form submissions is greater than or equal to 2”. (Menu > Contacts > Lists)
The same would work in a report, if you have access to the report builder. Navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Create custom report > Single object report > Contacts, set the Filters to “Create date is all time” and in the Visualization tab, pick a table visualization including First Name, Last Name, Company name and Number of form submissions. You can then play around with other visualizations, if needed.
