Report on Non-HubSpot Form Submissions

Hello there,

I run a subscription website where we host virtual classes for users to join. Right now, everytime they join a class, we are tracking that through a non-hubspot form.

I would like to be able to run a report showing how many form submissions per class I am getting each month. However, the information on which class was joined is coming in as a form field on a non-hubspot form (including the user email, date stamp, and name of class).

My questions are:

1. Am I able to filter non-hubspot form submissions by the data in one of the form fields?

2. Is there a way that I can make the form field with the class name tied to a contact property where I can start listing all the classes they join? If I do this, is there a way to run a monthly report on all users that visited XXXX class?

3. Any other ideas?

I have Hubspot Marketing Professional.
