That is the custom report I’ve used for all videos. I’m reporting on media plays, and that works fine, but it includes all videos.
I tried filtering by “folder path” previously, but it doesn’t give me any results.
What format is the folder path they are looking for? I’ve tried the name of the folder, the folder id number, and the folder URL. Nothing.
I’ve tried filtering by user ID instead since one user created all of the KB videos. But that doesn’t work either.
I’m stumped.
