is it possible to do reports (weekly reports) with the notes we have made for each contact ?

Hello @Frédéric , yes it is possible.
There’s a report on the Reports library called “Team activities by activity date”. When selecting this report, you can later filter to show only the “Note body” activities. (screenshot below)
Moreover, you can add this report to a dashboard and so plan a weekly send to your email by going to Dashboards → Actions > Email this dashboard
