Report for amount of time spent on task

Hi there,

I am trying to build a report that would show how much time a clinitian has spent on completing a task (from the time it was assigned to time it was completed).

Any help would be greaty appreciated!

Hi @JB_MD,

Without formular fields in Operations Hub Professional, I don’t think this is possible yet. Activity reports do not provide the completion time as a data point and I’m not aware of any default reports either.

Other users have requested this as a feature already: Report that averages time it requires to close tasks by user and overall

I’d recommend upvoting and commenting on the request. The product team reviews these requests based on their popularity.
