I am trying to export my reports (CSV format) we made but when they get exported, they are only showing company ID, not the Company Name. How can I ensure the Company name comes through?
Hey @AGerlach2, thanks for reaching out! Are you sure that you have “Company name” specifically listed in the “Displaying” section within the report builder? I know that HubSpot will sometimes display the record name within the table view by default, even if you don’t have the “Name” property selected, but that probably doesn’t come through if the report is exported.
If you try that and it’s still giving you trouble, you may be better off building the needed company lists using the same filtering criteria. Exporting a list gives you way more report over the properties exported since you can select whatever you want and aren’t limited to the properties displayed within the report.
