Hello Community, I created and shared a report with one of my customers. Is that a permission issue? How can this be fixed? Thank you ---

Hi @OAskarov, This is typically happening when reports are displaying increasingly larger sets of data. If this continues happening, I’d recommend readjusting the report, e.g. reducing the shown frequency (from daily to weekly, from weekly to monthly) and checking if there are too many options in a breakdown to display. If this is just occurring for one user, then it’s likely a browser issue. Please have this person try another browser, incognito mode, deactivating extensions, clearing cache/cookies and making sure they’re running the latest version of a supported browser: [Browsers supported by HubSpot](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-security/browsers-supported-by-hubspot) Lastly, a slow machine (not enough RAM or processing power) could cause this.
