For our support dashboard, we were looking for a way to calculate the average number of tickets per week as well as avg number of tickets that come into a queue per day.
Ultimately, we want to see our high low days and weeks of month.
This information will help not only us staff but give us a visual to the tickets that we are receiving and the backlog we are experiencing.
