What I need is a report that includes all contacts, grouped by combinations of:
Original Traffic Source
Original Source Drill-Down 1
Original Source Drill-Down 2
Each combination of those 3 fields should be treated as a single group.
I want to see how many contacts fall into each of those unique combinations.
For example:
Paid Social > LinkedIn > authorization_ebook = X contacts
Paid Social > Reddit > authorization_ebook = Y contacts
Organic Search > Google > pricing_page = Z contacts
…and so on for all combinations in the system.
Ideally shown as a bar graph with one bar per combo.
Currently the Hubspot support shared that this report is not possible to create in Hubspot. They said “thanks for your patience as I was checking this for you, we dont have a feature at the moment wherein we can create groups and have them show up in one single report ; The closest we can achieve is one report for each group and then displaying them side by side on a dashbaord”.
Since we have many different combinations, and thus groups, seeing them separately in one dashboard is very inconvenient.
