Please, this is super necessary… Many times we need to reply an email and we don’t have the computer in front of us to do it and it should be possible to do it with the app… Does anyone know if they are thinking of implementing it? Thank you!
It’s ridiculous this is not available in the mobile app.
A no reply to email function in the HubSpot App. I cannot believe I have actually just typed that. What on earth is going on here!!!
I agree it is an ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT for the mobile app to be able to REPLY AND FORWARD EMAIL.

This would be really important for one of our customers.
I am not sure how it’s possible this hasn’t been rolled out yet. If a prospect replies to an email, that is showing interest. We should be able to immediately reply on our phones and be able to track that response!
customers have been asking for this since Feb 2019, almost 4 years and STILL NOTHING? That doesn’t make it seem like Hubspot is trying to help…this feature should’ve been available from day 1!

Commenting on behalf of a customer on more use cases :
1. Create a new email from the deal record when a task associated with the deal is being completed
2. Reply to or forward an incoming email that exists on a contact record.
3. Reply to or forward an incoming email that exists on a deal record.
It appears to be working on an IOS device BUT NOT on Android. When will this feature be released on Android?
No I still cannot reply to emails out of mobile hubspot App on iOS.
My coworker can on his Iphone. So check your version.
This is true.. I’m pleased to update this community that the ability to Reply to Emails is now live in the HubSpot Mobile App! Please update your iOS or Android app on the app store to access this. This is the first small enhancement of mant we are working on, I look forward to updating you all once more improvements to email in the HubSpot mobile app goes live.
