Recently a change has been made that prevents prior email text from appearing in sales emails. For example, when “reply” is hit, the email text is blank, i.e. no previous email conversation is viewable.
This is VERY inconvenient as the only way to know what was communicated previously is to keep two window open (one with the prior view).
Why would you reduce the functionality without at least proviing options?
