One of my forms is collecting data but showing the new entries under the same contact name. Why is that happening?

@KHassen30,

This can happen because the HubSpot cookie is stored and the same for these submission.
[You can disable this setting in your form](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/create-forms#:~:text=Always%20create%20contact%20for%20new%20email%20address%3A%20select%20this%20option%20to%20create%20a%20new%20contact%20record%20for%20every%20submission%20with%20a%20unique%20email%20address.%20If%20the%20email%20address%20submitted%20matches%20an%20existing%20contact%20record%20in%20your%20database%2C%20the%20details%20on%20the%20existing%20record%20will%20be%20updated.).

Hope this helps!
