Hi,
I’m new to HubSpot. I have managed to import companies and contacts and I’m now just feeling my way around. Almost every time I log in (if not, every time), I get challenged for the same information, as if I’m a first time user, i.e. how many people work in our company, what type of company we are and what my role is. Each time this happens I’m led to believe that the information I’ve enetered has been saved, but I seem to get challenged again, for the same information, the next time I log in.
Anyone any ideas, it’s getting a bit annoying?
Hi @SteveTomalin Apologies that we haven’t gotten back to you sooner. Are you still experiencing this? If so, are you able to save contacts and other data in the portal? Finally, can you forward your browser and operating system information?
Thank you
Ed Justen
Hi EdJusten,
I hadn’t logged in for a few days. Having seen your post, I just tested it again. I think I have solved the problem. Coincidentally, I suddently experienced another problem with a different web app this morning, which prompted me to clear my Chrome broswer of just about all cached content, settings etc. That seems to have cleared the problem, so it must have been a bowser based issue, rather than your app. Sorry to have bothered you about it. I’ll come back to you if it re-appears, but I think that unlikely.
Many thanks for getting back to me.
Kinds Regards,
Steve
Hi SteveTomalin,
Truly saying, I’m not a HubSpot expert. So, my advice how to set up the platform is useless. Sorry.
Otherwise, I can recommend you the way of HubSpot data import from the different CRM systems, file types and other sources.
In case you are interested, take a look at Data2CRM. The service can provide you with the ability to:
- merge users info,
- merge customers data,
- merge companies info,
- provide of an automated or manual data migration,
- get useful insights and expert’s support,
- try an automatic HubSpot CRM Data Import by yourself,
- run an automatic free Demo Migration as many times as you wish,
- restart your Data Migration.
To get more info, mail me directly.
Hope, this answer is useful for you.
Best Regards.
Err, my problem is solved and, in any case, that’s not an answer, that’s a pitch!
Thanks for letting me know. I don’t like to recomend cache flushes to resolve problems because it often leads to password issues on other apps and web pages, but in many cases resetting the cache is a great first step, and often the only step needed.
Thank you,
Ed
