# Renewal option doesn't show up

Hi,

We have a trial account that we use as a developer account.

We use this rather than an actual developer account due to the limitations of the developer account.

Trial accounts expire after 90 days, but can be renewed. Our trial expired the other day.

I tried to renew following the advice found here:

But, there is no “Renew” option on the page listing our HubSpot accounts. When I hover over the expired account the only option that appers is “Open”.

How can I renew this account?

The test account number: 14529197

If you log into your [developer account](https://app.hubspot.com/developer/14529191/test-hub-ids) and go to the testing tab, you should see your trial.

Hover over it and you should options. Click on more and you should renew trial.

Same here: cannot see a button to renew the account, but I can see an expiration banner on the account itself:

Hello,

I’m experiencing the same issue, clicking on “renew trial” didn’t do anything for me, I’m still getting the warning message? Is there a delay in how long it takes to update?
