Rename “Deals” as a menu item to “Enrollments” or something that is less sales specific. For example we’ll be using a “Deals” pipeline for onboarding partners and contractors. These are not “deals” and I know it sounds stupid, but half the resistance I’m getting is their interpretation that these are not “deals”. So something less sales like and more like “Enrollments”, “Onboarding”, etc would be great.
