Hi,
A really quick fix to make navigating HubSpot a lot easier, especially for new users, would be to change the Contacts dropdown on the top nav to CRM.
100% agree - trying to explain “just go to Contacts and then Contacts” never feels right!
Would be even better if a super admin could control their accounts nav menu! Many of our users ask what things are and I have to pull the awkward “uhhh we don’t use that”
