In a report, I would like to rename the data that is labeled “Count of Contacts” to be “Leads”, as shown below. Is it possible to rename data like that?

I think not is possible because "count of contacts"is one filter and not an title. But anyway wait other reply to confirm.
If you need only see LEADS to print and past in one doc or apresentation, u can use inspect element (F12) to change the text, for you print. Look:
1) Click with right button in the text want edit.
2) Click in Inspect element
Search for text in the inspect column, and change to the words you want.
Final result:
This is not permanent, it is just a tip if you want to change 1 text before taking a print for use in reports.
