# Removing old Salesforce Users

I have reviewed the issue and observed that the steps previously provided are generally effective and followed successfully by most users. However, I understand that this may not be the case in your situation. As such, I would recommend contacting the [support team](https://www.hubspot.com/company/contact) for further assistance.

With your approval, they can proceed with removing all Salesforce owners from the portal. Please be advised that these owners will be recreated if they are later assigned any records. To ensure a seamless process, kindly verify that no records are currently assigned to the Salesforce user before proceeding.
