Removing Hubspot branding from Meetings Scheduler

Hello,

I use HubSpot Professional Sales Hub and apparently that version should be enough to automatically remove the HubSpot Branding from the bottom of the meeting website, but it is still there. What to do?

Also: when someone tries to book a meeting with me, this is the message I get:

“XX YY couldn’t book a meeting because your calendar is disconnected”

Send them a meeting invite. Here’s the time they’ve requested."

What to do?

EDIT: I don’t know what happened now, but both of my challenges became resolved just now :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: maybe it just look a while to update.

I understand that you have Sales Pro

but do you have a paid seat for sales?

Because you can only remove that if your seat is paid, if not its a free user (in a paid licence).

To the error “XX YY couldn’t book a meeting because your calendar is disconnected”

this means that your calendar got disconnected from HubSpot

you need to re-connect it.

This could happend once in a while for security reasons (if you are logging for new devices or IPs).
