Removing dropdown menu item from one form, but retaining it on others

Hello,

We use an industry dropdown item in our forms with an industry list that is used across all forms that have that field. We have a new form where we want to exclude one of the options from the dropdown list. If I remove or hide this option in the property editor, that option will disappear globally across all forms.

Is there a way to remove this item from a specific form, while leaving it visible in the rest of the forms that have that field?

As I was composing this query, this article was recommended to me: Edit your form fields (legacy)

But this applies to legacy forms - the new forms do not seem to have this capability. Is there something I am missing?

Hi @EChamberlin8,

The new forms have the same functionality, only in the form of a small trash icon, not “Remove” label:

You might have to scroll a bit to the right to see it (scroll to the bottom of the list to see the horizontal scroll bar OR Shift + mousewheel on Windows).

Best regards
