Under the email settings tab: Please make it an option to remove specific emails (HubSpot user email addresses) from the dropdown option from address. ---

I would also add the ability to select which users can edit the email settings and the ability to set a default email for the from address and reply-to address upon email creation. ---

Yes, HS we need this! The email tracking fails if people get the from address wrong. HS please fix it! ---

When an email address is connected to HS as a channel, there needs to be a way to only allow certain users to send emails FROM that address. Not everyone needs to have that email address as an option to send emails from. ---

We currently have some sales agents accidentally sending an email from our help desk support email as they have missed clicked the email and then a ticket is created. At the moment we cant hide that email from any user, it would make sense that the email would just be used to the person who has access to it in help desk. ---

I agree similar to inboxes we could manage permission which user has access to a spesific inbox ---

We had an issue about this as well, the from address defaulted to a different want that we don’t want to use. Has there been any updates on this? ---

Hi everyone. Right now the only option to remove the user from there is by deleting the user from your account. First, deactivate the user and then, “remove from account” (instructions [here](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/deactivate-hubspot-users#:~:text=has%20been%20reactivated.-,How%20to%20remove%20a%20user,-Before%20fully%20removing)). This action will automatically remove the user in the “from” section of your marketing emails.
