Hello! I have been discussing with a user today because she would like to have the functionality to remove the mandatory “Signature and Payment” step when you create a quote in HubSpot.
In this case, we can customize the quote templates but we can’t remove that step in case it’s not required.
Having to select the “No signature” option is not enough, there should be a section in the settings that allows you to add or remove steps to follow when creating a quote.
