Right now there’s no way to remove the “Sales Email” prefix in the subscription preferences center for one-to-one communications. This is a bad user experience for organizations using 1:1 communications for anything other than sales (general relationship management, nonprofits doing donor management, etc.). It should NOT be a default that 1:1 communications are categorized as sales, that’s misleading and offputting!
