Two problems:
* reading emails from other email clients (by the receivers, etc.) would see irrelevant attachments
* CRM logged those irrelevant images as attachments
My idea is either:
* showing those images as attachments in the editing dialog and allowing people to remove them before sending out emails
* adding images to the emails but not as an attachment but embedding to the email
The main problem is that some people would have images inside their signatures. Those images are then becoming attachments and being added to new emails repeatedly again and again.
This idea is a follow-up from the responses in this idea.
We still want the attachment logging and at the same time removing those irrelevant images, which would probably be added back again from other people’s email signatures. Those images made the attachment section not very readable inside the email clients, and at the same time in the Deals from the past idea abovee.
I see there are quite a number of people having troubles with this problem also and hoping the HubSpot team could address this issue soon.
