On our Knowledge base articles, we want to use the ‘Is this helpful?’ Yes or No prompt.
However, for anyone not in the CRM it asks them to submit their email address with a lot of privacy and consent text which is off-putting, unnecessary and is creating contacts we don’t want.
It would be great if we could just tally the Yes or No’s - anonymously and have the option to NOT have this email submit requirement.
