I found out that the Ticket Owner’s name was removed from an export that I have exported for years and the Ticket Owner’s Hubspot Id was added instead. Why would you make your users memorize EACH employee’s Hubspot Id when you have their name in the tool? This makes no sense. I need their names so I can pull individual reports on my team and now, once again, Hubspot is making the users experience terrible.

I’ve just did a quick test and my export is showing the actual ticket owner name in the export.
What properties are you exporting and what file type is your export - CSV, XLS or XLSX?
