Remind user that nothing is attached to an email when there should be

Microsoft has a great feature in Outlook. It reminds the user before they send an email that there is nothing attached when “attached” or “attach” is in the body of the email.

Could this be replicated within Hubspot email, please? I’m forever sending emails that should have attachments and I forget.

When writing emails on Outlook, if you mention the words ‘attach’ or ‘attached’ in the email body and there isn’t an attachment when you click send, it notifies you that you may have forgotten to attach a file and lets you put it in before sending.

Please could we add this feature to HubSpot when emailing contacts from the platform. Sometimes it’s easy to forget to attach a file and leads to embarrasing unnecessary emails to customers.

Be interested to know if other people have done this too!

a member of my team just mentioned this. Not having this feature keeps some of the team from just working in HubSpot vs working in Outlook to send emails.

We all forget to attach documents when emailing sometimes. Gmail has a feature where it will flag if you’ve typed something like ‘attach’/‘attachment’/‘attached’ in the email but haven’t attached anything.

Can we implement this feature into Hubspot as well as to reduce the number of errors that arise from this.
