Often, when I snooze a ticket, I do not want to snooze it till just tomorrow, or next week, or one week, I will have a custom 2-3 day timeline in mind. Currently, every time, I have to click:
- Snooze
- Custom
- Choose date in calendar
- Save
I would like for the dropdown when I click Snooze to remember the last “snooze till” custom date I chose.
