Context / Problem:
On the Automation Issues page (Automation > Workflows > Review automation issues), I need to review workflow issues several times per day. Each time I open or reload this page, all filters reset to none.
In my case, I almost always want to see only the issues for automations created by me, so I repeatedly have to:
- Open the filters
- Reapply Created by = me
- Wait for the list to reload
This adds extra clicks multiple times per day and is frustrating over time.
Current Behavior:
- The page lets me choose whether to start on Automations or Issues, and that choice can be saved as the default.
- However, the actual filter selections (especially Created by) do not persist between sessions or page loads.
Requested Enhancement:
Please add a way for the Automation Issues page to remember and persist filter selections, similar to saved views elsewhere in the CRM. Specifically:
- Allow users to save their current filter configuration (e.g., Created by: me) as a default for themselves on this page.
- When the user returns to Automation Issues, apply that saved configuration automatically so they don’t need to reconfigure filters every time.
Impact / Value:
- Saves time and clicks for users who check automation issues frequently.
- Reduces frustration and cognitive load, especially for power users or admins who rely on the Created by: me filter to triage and maintain their own automations.
- Makes Automation Issues behave more consistently with other parts of HubSpot that support saved views / persistent filters.
