For the PII vault, there is a button that would allow you to reveal the sensitive data.
It could require a password or special permissions depending on the client use case, but primarily it is obfuscated so the info can’t be visible unless you intentionally reveal it (think about an open office workspace with lots of people buzzing around, you wouldn’t want it to be visible all the time when the record is open, only when you need to access it).
