Redirect to URL after form submit based off of parameters

Hi.

Scenario: We are sending surveys to our clients and we want to redirect them to our google review page only if they gave us a 9 or 10 rating.

Redirection for every 9 0r 10 rating should be our google review page: Google Maps

But I am not a dev. Need help in finding out how to edit the code? Like where should I start?

One way around this would be you set up a workflow and send an email once someone submits your form with that email you can add a Google review link you can set automation based on the survey score you got kindly go through this article here : Create and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
