Recurring Webinar Series Functionality between HubSpot and Zoom

It would be nice if HubSpot and Zoom could improve their integration to be able to enroll users in specific time blocks of a recurring webinar series. That way users do not have to leave the website to register for their specific time on Zoom’s interface. This solution decreases the number of clicks to conversion and lessens the risk of data loss and session loss due to page loads.

This enhancement would also allow us to use HubSpot workflows to send reminder emails and create contact lists. Zoom reminder emails offer limited customization or HTML, plus our preference is to track all customer/prospect email communication via HubSpot. We also want to have accurate reporting of our Zoom webinar attendance in HubSpot instead of having to track contact data in two places.

I vote for this - would be immensely helpful. We use HubSpot to capture our customer training webinars - made the mistake of having customer choose between 2 identical sessions (recurring Zoom webinar) and now cannot use workflows properly at all - I’m working today to manually capture which session 1,800 registered for so we can send their pre-work emails at the right time… We also do series of webinars for prospects, targeted campaigns, let NYC prospects, for example, select a time that suits them best. A lot of manual work again to follow up properly at the right time.
