Recurring Revenue (Upsell tracking)

Hello,

We have upgraded to Sales Enterprise to unlock recurring revenue tracking.

There appears to be no native way to track upsells as a percentage.

Ex:

  1. Closed won deal in January for $1000 ARR.
  2. In February, the client elects to upgrade to $1500 ARR
  3. The process in hubspot is to mark the first deal inactive, and then create a new deal labeled (recurring revenue deal type = upgrade) for the $1500.

The issue is now Hubspot thinks we have a $1500 upsell. Though it is really only a $500 upsell from the original deal.

Has anyone solved NDR tracking entirely in Hubspot?

The goal is to have a chart of the true ARR over time.

I am surprised this has not been solved yet, and Berangere, sadly your articles also dont solve that.
We are struggling with the exact same reporting issue!
