Recurring Revenue Inactive Date I Whats the correct date?

Hello everyone,

what is the correct recurring revenue inactive date (is it the last day of the contract, or the first day, the contract expired).

Lets take a one year contract as an example.

Contract Start Date: 01.05.2024

Recurring Revenue Inactive Date:

a) 30.04.2025

b) 01.05.2025

Is it a or b?

Hi @LMohr5,

If it’s a one year contract, then the subscription is still active on the 30th of April - meaning that it becomes inactive on the 1st of May, making the 1st of May the inactive date. The 30th of April would be an end date.
