# Recurring Emails on Reports

Is there was way to see a list of reports that are currently being e-mailed to users? We have over 900 reports and I need to know which are being e-mailed regulary so I can adjust some fields due to property changes in our CRM. This seems like a no brainer to have but I can’t find it anywhere! Thanks

Hi @SComeau,

This does not seem to be possible, unfortunately, see here: [Share or export reports and dashboards](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/dashboard/email-or-export-reports-and-dashboards#manage-recurring-dashboard-emails)

There is only specific mention of navigating to each report and I’m not aware of any other place in the tool where you would get an overview.

I have changed my recurring emails multiple times and now my team receives too many duplicate emails. I thought there would have been a centrailized place to remove recurring emails that are no longer relevant. Right now the individual user has to unsubscribe. Please help Hubspot.
