Recover Certifications from another account

I was recently deleted as a user from another account, how do I recover the certifications I had on that account? Can I have them transferred over to a new account?

At the time I was deactivated my email for that account was jreilly@hco.com
The new one it needs to be transferred to is reilly4181@gmail.com

Hi @jreilly2, I was trying to do the process, but the system gives an error, the first email does not have any accounts in Academy. Could you please confirm the email?

All set, I could find an account under jreilly@ instrumental.net, but I found: jreilly@revriv.com and transferred the certifications to: reilly4181@gmail.com

you could clear cookies and cache or try an incognito window to see the certifications under the gmail account.
