After merging two contacts, I noticed that the record source incorrectly displayed the record source of the newer contact rather than the older contact. Would love to see this behavior change so that we can rely on the record source field. Thanks!
Yes! I completely agree. I had been choosing the older record as the primary with the assumption that its original source would be retained. Then I realized it’s updating the original traffic source data regardless to that of the more recent record. That is definitely not desirable.
