The nature of our business means that the majority of our meetings are held in-person. The sales team have expressed frustration in the amount of manual work involved with logging a meeting to HubSpot. From sending the meeting invite, to taking notes while at the meeting, and then logging these notes into Hubspot when back at the office.
It would be ideal if the app had an option where they could open up the meeting record and click “record” to take a live voice recording of the meeting and produce a transcript, which they could then review when back in the office.
This would not only save a lot of time and manual labour, but would help ensure they don’t miss anything during the meeting.
