Hello,
I’m not sure where to post this so I’m trying here… We are a consulting business which means our consulting team works on projects that have deadlines, they submit timesheets, they have project plans etc.
Right now we are using Accelo to managing the consulting business. Long-story-short: We do not like it and are looking to change it.
I am trying to find a Hubspot Marketplace partner where our consultants can manage project plans (i.e. gant charts and dependencies), enter the timesheets, manage consulting resources etc.
Does anyone have any recommendations or experiences?
Thanks,
Nigel
Hey @nigeld27! I understand you are looking for some recommendations for professional services automation software that integrates with HubSpot.
There are a handful of PSA integrations on the Marketplace here. Maybe some experts have some integration recommendations to share-- @johnelmer, @louischausse, @HubSpot_Corey: do any of you use any PSA software or have experience with the ones listed on the Marketplace?
Thanks in advance !
Best,
Kennedy
Hi @kennedyp . I am still in the process of working on this. I disagree, and did not mark ‘Scoro’ as the solution - someone else did that. I did not find that Scoro met our needs and would not be an adequate replacement for Accelo.
In the last week our Hubspot manager put us in contact with PSO Hub which is a Hubspot partner. Like many of these tools, I am finding they are all not-quite-right for us but it seems better than the rest.
Oops I had meant to respond to @BLammers!
We are currently working in a PSOHub demo environment and aren’t very impressed either. I’ll let you know if we find anything worth recommending. Thanks for the quick reply!
@nigeld27 If your requirements are to improve project management, track time and calculate utilization, a PSA may be overkill. Take a look at Monday.com and Clickup, one of those will probably be a better fit for you.
Hi @johnelmer thanks for the response,
My journey through these tools was I began with tools like Monday years ago, then moved to Clickup, and now to Accelo. I went with Accelo because I felt it had stronger project planning tools, and it is theoretically good at calculating times used/unused, as well as real time gross profitability.
Do you know of any Accelo competitors that integrate well with Hubspot?
Thanks,
Nigel
Hi Nigel,
Did you ever find a suitable option? We are in a similar position right now. We use Projector PSA and are looking for a replacement that integrates with Hubspot CRM.
Thanks,
Brandon
Hi Nigel,
Scoro might be a good alternative for you: Scoro PSA Integrations & App Store | Scoro
Have you considered that before?

Hi Jessica,
I registered for Scoro last week. It looks ok although it does not fufill all my requirements.
Whoever marked this as “the solution”… Maybe this is a solution but I would not consider it my solution.
Thanks,
Nigel
Where did you land? I am standing up a professional services team and trying to make projects work in hubspot but its tough
I gave up.
I now use Scoro to manage the PS team. Scoros sales features were unexpectedly useful.
For the support team, tickets are managed through Hubspot, and I use a Zapier integration to create the tickets in Scoro for timesheet purposes.
Thanks! I just signed up today. I was hoping they would connect to my existing customers in stripe so i could send an invoice from existing customers. That’s the only thing I am trying to figure out. Other than that it seems like it has more than I need right now for a small team so will probably keep going down this path.
I don’t use Stripe and I don’t use Hubspot for anything financial. Scoro has its own invoicing functionality although I don’t use that either! As I mentioned, Scoro has ok Zapier functionality, and Hubspot definition does too. I would assume Stripe does. Perhaps you can use Zapier to trigger Stripe invoices.
