I don’t understand why you get a message that tells you how many will not be included but no list of who they are or why? If the system knows how many won’t be included in your e-mail send why can’t it just generate a list of who they are? This is super frustrating and makes no sense why you don’t fix this.
I’m in the same boat, I’m trying to figure out who the 22 are out of 250 who did not get my email. Anyone with ideas or solutions I would love to know!

It might be as simple as HS don´t wanitng you to know which contacts to delete from your data base, so you keep paying? I hope is not. I will consider moving to other service if we don´t get a satisfactory reply.
