My work efficiency using the HubSpot Sales plugin for gMail was sky high, but this recent has definitely slowed me down. Let me share the problems and inefficiences I’m experiencing:
1. When I click on a new email, the plugin always opens the “About this contact” section. This is definitely not needed. The plugin show save the last way you used the plugin. For me, I have to close the About This Contact Section and then click Tasks to view the open tasks. In the old version, you didn’t have to worry about the About This Contact" section from ever appearing.
2. When creating a new task, you can’t see the Reminder date you set and the time becuase the sidebar is small. You basically have to stretch the sidebar out really far in order to view all the details. Too bad you can’t define what gets displayed when creating a new task. I would not need to see: Priority, Queue, Set to Repeat, Reminder, Assigned To. Task Stage, Task Type, Associate Task with… Too much is getting crammed into the sidebar.
