receiving e-mails with shopify synchronised

Hi, I have some trouble trying to receive emails from the clients that register from my shopify website. I have a page named contact where they can put their informaions + a question, and i am supposed to receive it on my support email that I also linked on hubspot.

However, I don’t receive anything even after multiple tests.

I also synchronised shopify and hubspot together but I still have no clue.

Hi @oamberg, let me clarify,

So you want to receive an email when someone else signs up on your website? Why don’t you do that from Shopify, rather than trying to get an email through HubSpot?
It can be done with a custom workflow if you want it. When a form submission occurs, you can create an internal notification email.
