Currently, you can only recall and edit quotes that are published. It would be great if we could edit quotes pending approval to make any adjustments or correct errors if necessary.

I’ve also been asked about this by my customer experience team today. It just doesn’t make sense that a quote needs to be approved and published before you can recall and edit it. This creates delays and more work for everyone involved, from the quote creator to the approver and the customer.
Turns out, not all of my original signers were legal representatives. One had signed the document, the other was never allowed to. There was no way to bring this proposal to a new state other than ‘pending signature’.
Yes! My team desperately wants this. Instead they are having to clone the quote and edit from there. It’s a bit of a hinky inefficiency.
I pressed the request approval button by mistake. Should be able to undo/recall.
