Hi @BBKROLLROCKS,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

Are you still experiencing issues with load speed?

I had a look at our support queue and it seems other customers weren’t experiencing similar issues yesterday.

I wanted to share [this Community article w](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Blog-Website-Page-Publishing/Hubspot-Extremely-Slow/m-p/763872)here my colleague has shared a couple of troubleshooting tips in the comments.

I hope this helps!

Cheers
Mia, Community Team

Hi @RFD and welcome, we are so glad to have you here!
Thanks for asking the HubSpot Community!
1. Is there a specific part of the tool that is slow?
2. Can you confirm the issue is happening across multiple networks and through multiple browsers?

3. If you can share video of what you’re seeing (without confidential data), that’d be great!
I’d like to share the solution from @karstenkoehler on this post “[Performance issue. CRM very slow](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/CRM/Performance-issue-CRM-very-slow/m-p/413159)” that might help you!
Thanks and have a great day!
Best,
Bérangère

Hi. The Deals part is incredibly slow. To adjust or make a new deal is taking approx 2 minutes instead of 15-30 seconds, its just not practical. Maybe because did a lot of ajustments there? (new colums created etc.)
Lists are also slow…
Our internal monday meetings are taking 2 hours instead of 30 minutes now because of this. Any solutions please?

Hi @RFD, thank you for the additional information!
Have you tried in an incognito window, please? Or another browser? Does this help?
I wanted to check on you @RFD, are the lists and deals still slow for you now?
Thanks,

Hi, @BBKROLLROCKS

You are on the right track .The main problem is usually that it gets loaded globally across the site, even on pages without forms, which creates unnecessary render-blocking JS and affects Core Web Vitals.

A few practical solutions that generally work well:

Load the HubSpot forms script only on pages that actually contain forms
This is usually the biggest performance improvement.

Defer or lazy load the script
This helps reduce the impact on initial page rendering and improves mobile performance.

Check if your theme or HubSpot plugin is injecting the script globally
A lot of setups automatically load HubSpot assets sitewide even when they are not needed.

For performance-focused landing pages, consider using custom/native forms connected through the HubSpot API instead of the full embed script.

Overall, it sounds like you are already approaching the issue correctly - it is mostly about reducing unnecessary script loading where possible.

You could also optionally look into performance optimization tools like Website Speedy to help identify and reduce render-blocking resources affecting Core Web Vitals. It is optional to use.
