Hi - I’m trying to get a React project up and running but struggling to understand how I can view page templates in a local dev env. I’ve followed this guide:

> **[Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot](https://app.hubspot.com/myaccounts?next=developerdocs&redirect=%2Fcms%2Fstart-building%2Fintroduction%2Freact-plus-hubl-quickstart)**

All worked fine(ish) but couple of questions:
1. When I view the page.hubl.html on the local dev server it just gives me the raw html, rather than a rendered version. Is this right? Note I am doing this via github codespaces
2. I’ve tried setting up my own project to create a cleaner structure for what I need but when I add hubl.html files to the /templates directory they do not appear when I run the local dev server, this is my project structure, my components seem to display ok
