Hello, I just wanted to see if there’s been any follow-up. I’m having the same issue where hubspot suddenly thinks that an email that has worked for me in the past is no longer working. The account was fine yesterday, but when I tried to sign in today, I’m getting a note that says that my email address doesn’t exist. I’m not using any browser extensions or other apps. I’m only trying to log into the hubspot website. Thanks ---

Hi @JonahZacks, I’ve moved your reply to a new post as this issue may be unrelated to the original post. Can you please try out the steps in this [troubleshooting article](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/why-can-t-i-log-into-hubspot#) and see if you’re able to log in? If you continue to run into this behavior after trying out those steps, I would recommend connecting with [HubSpot Technical Support](http://help.hubspot.com/), as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
