When viewing a Company’s page, I would like to have the ability to Re-order the Contacts associated with that Company in the right-side column. There is a limit of viewing 5 associated Contacts at a time, so if you have an important contact that you call or email all the time and they don’t make that list of 5 Contacts, you have to click “View ‘10’ Contacts” to see all of the other Contacts associated. This then forces you to leave the Company page and view a list of all Contacts separately from all the other information on this Company. If there was functionality to be able to Re-order those Contacts and put the most important Contacts at the top, you wouldn’t have to click on the View ‘10’ Contacts to see them. Another great solution would be to extend the Contacts box to display the additional Contacts when clicking “View ‘10’ Contacts” so that they all show up on the Company page instead of taking you to a completely different page within HubSpot.
I second this! Some of our clients may have 100 contacts, and having to search for the right one can take a lot of time.
There must be more people struggling with this?
It would be amazing to simply be able to sort the contacts based on an association label.
That way, we could have a label that says “main contact” and when I sort based on association label, it will appear on top.
This also would be a good framework for any type of cross-associatations, such as deals on a contact record! I We have scenarios where a contact may have a lot of open deals, but maybe 1 Closed Won deal and it’s not showing at the top and we need it to be.
