Re-enrollment to a workflow based on a company property

We have data that is pushed into HubSpot nightly to provide financial details on active accounts. This data is updated in custom fields on the company, e.g. status (Active vs. Inactive), Last month of billing, 12-month rolling revenue, etc.

We would like to trigger a number of things based on the company property changing, but as I understand, re-enrollment cannot be based on anything but contact properties.

I understand that using a smartlist is a work-around to provide a contact property, i.e. list membership, based on a company property, that would then update dynamically. Is that the right answer?

Am I on the right track?

Hi @marctjenkins You can create a smart list based on a company property, and you can then enroll a contact in a workflow based on list membership. You can then update company properties using the workflows tool, but you may be limited in how and what properties you can update.

In general, you can copy and clear a company value, and you can set a static value , but you will not be able to set a dynamic value to a company property usign the workflow tool.
